Supplemental Benefits

Short Term Disability

Short term disability protects your income if you are unable to work due to an accident or illness. You will receive up to 66.67% of your current income for up to three months. Ask about maternity benefits.

Accident Insurance

Accident insurance helps you pay for unexpected medical expenses from lacerations, fractures, and other injuries.

Cancer Insurance

Cancer insurance helps you pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by major medical plans. Coverage includes initial diagnosis, treatment, inpatient care, transportation, lodging, and experimental treatment. Family coverage is available.

Long Term Care

Long term care includes a broad range of medical, social, and personal care when you lose some degree of independence due to a chronic illness or disability. This coverage assists with the daily activities that most healthy people take for granted.

Flexible Spending Account

This fringe benefit plan can save you money on your taxes. With a flexible spending account, you can redirect part of your salary to purchase items from a menu of non-taxable benefits.

Catastrophic Sick Leave Bank

This program provides additional sick leave days to contributors who have suffered a catastrophic personal illness and whose sick leave and vacation have been exhausted.
