Vacation Benefits

Vacation time off with pay is available to eligible employees for rest, relaxation, and personal time. The amount of paid vacation you receive each year increases with your length of employment. Vacation time off is paid at your base pay rate at the time of your vacation, not including overtime or any special forms of compensation such as incentives, commissions, bonuses, or shift differentials.

Edfinancial Services also recognizes nine holidays and three discretionary holidays per year.
