eBusiness solutions is proud to announce Jack Harvey as Employee of the Month. Jack joined Edfinancial Services in December 2003 as assistant manager of client support. He provided great support to our marketing reps and schools and became a subject matter expert of Edfinancial’s online loan process.
 
In July 2007, Jack became product owner of the online loan process product family. This year has been especially challenging as he guided the team through Edfinancial’s largest development effort of the private loan online application process during uncertain times. His great sense of calm and poise, combined with his understanding of Edfinancial’s business needs and commitment to do the right thing, made him a great leader for his team. He earned the respect of his team, stakeholders, peers and all levels of management as he was consistently diligent, dependable and willing to respond with a sense of urgency in business critical situations.
