To whom it may concern: 

LeeAnn Foster has served with the HealthCare 21 Business Coalition (HC21) Board of Directors for close to a decade.  During her Board tenure, she served as Vice Chair, Chair and began serving as Past Chair August 2009.  LeeAnn was very instrumental in keeping HC21 focused on its mission to the community, and she supported HC21’s mission through her leadership at various community workshops, health fairs, forums and meetings, always bringing a positive energy and excitement to learn more.  Under her leadership, HC21 expanded its mission from East Tennessee into Middle Tennessee and upstate South Carolina.

LeeAnn was successful in leading the HC21 Board to consensus on its policies and plans.  She also successfully coached the HC21 staff in the execution of adopted Board policies and plans.  LeeAnn implemented a 360 Performance Review for the HC21 Chief Executive Officer which has been beneficial to leadership development.   

She is optimistic and hardworking, and her warm and personal leadership helped to set a similar tone for the HC21 Board and staff.  Her dedication to HC21 and to her staff at Edfinancial Services is apparent in all that she attempts to accomplish on their behalf.  Her service and leadership are exemplary.
