Compliance and risk management is excited to honor Kristi Davis as the June 2009 Employee of the Month.  Kristi joined the compliance team in September 2008 following almost five years of service and leadership in the inbound call center.  During her time in the call center, Kristi played an integral role in developing the high standards and quality experienced by customers on a daily basis. 

When transitioning to her new role as a compliance analyst, Kristi’s knowledge and experience allowed her to step in instantly as the subject matter expert regarding issues that affect Edfinancial’s customer base.  Regardless of the topic, Kristi always tackles research with enthusiasm before taking action.  When asked, her peers describe her as someone that is never afraid to learn new things, take on additional responsibility, or give her honest opinion.

Kristi’s focus, energy and dedication are just some of the things that make her a valuable member of the Compliance staff.  Her contributions to the team help make Edfinancial Services successful every day.  Compliance is proud to have Kristi as part of the team and congratulates her on receiving this honor!
