HR’s Nomination for Employee of the Month is Amanda Patteson. Amanda Patteson is ALWAYS caring, compassionate, smiling and energetic, even when she has 25 people to hire and Kristy is out on maternity leave.
 
Amanda has been with Edfinancial Services for three years and in that short time has become an integral part of the HR team. She has a hospitality background which shows in the high level of customer service she provides to hiring managers. She is known for her ability to pull a report in record time and assess a candidate with a phone call and a handshake. Managers rave about the quality of applicants Amanda is sending to them. 
 
For job applicants, she explains our positions and culture in a way that provides them reliable information to make an informed decision about Edfinancial and therefore has facilitated the hiring of some wonderful Edfinancial material.
 
Amanda is extremely conscientious and organized. She works hard to achieve her individual work goals and the HR department goals, thus helping Edfinancial Services to reach and exceed its corporate goals.
