Scott Taylor has been the business development coordinator for the customer care group since November 2007. He manages the needs of the call center and debt management services groups effortlessly. Scott has been instrumental in putting together dialer strategies that have enabled the debt management services team to maximize its full potential while achieving record-breaking results and outstanding quality. In collaborating with e-Business on SS and SP queue automation, Scott was able to reduce the number of daily manual tasks each DMS representative has by 60-70%. Scott has also been a key player in getting the reporting structures and strategies in place for the ECMC initiative.
Scott is also the phone system product owner for Edfinancial, overseeing the company’s phone system. He is a valuable asset to not only our department but the company. Scott is currently working on implementing the new quality monitoring system, Virtual Observer, ensuring it is rolled out on time, cost efficient and that it provides outstanding results. Scott is always ready to lend a helping hand and manages to add just the right touch of humor to any situation.
