Change is here!
The Illinois Designated Account Purchase Program (IDAPP) partnered with Edfinancial to service all of IDAPP’s FFELP loans - including all Stafford subsidized and unsubsidized, PLUS, GradPLUS, Consolidation, and Rehabilitated loans - beginning January 2010. To learn more about Edfinancial, please visit www.edfinancial.com/idappinfo. You may continue to contact IDAPP at 1-800-366-5755 and IDAPP.com.
Your interest rate, terms, benefits, and entitlements will NOT change as a result of this partnership. IDAPP and Edfinancial work closely to minimize any impact on you, our customer. Here’s what you can expect:
- IDAPP separated the combined payment component of IDAPPay resulting in separate payments being required for FFELP and Alternative loans.
- If you have both FFELP and Alternative loans serviced by IDAPP, you will receive separate bills for each loan type and need to make separate payments for your FFELP and Alternative loans. Your payment addresses are listed below:
- If you enrolled in IDAPP’s Direct Debit Program (DDP), your FFELP payments are now automatically debited by Edfinancial.
- If you enrolled in ECSI’s ACH/Direct Debit Program (ACH) for your Alternative loans, your alternative payment is still debited by ECSI.
- IDAPPay is only available for Alternative loan payments.
We are committed to providing you first-rate customer service for new and existing loans, and we thank you for your business. We look forward to continuing to serve you in the future.
