Edfinancial Services Announces Promotions

Knoxville, TN – Edfinancial Services has promoted several managers to assistant vice president effective immediately. These employees have demonstrated leadership potential and are integral Knoxville, TN – Edfinancial Services has promoted two key managers to senior positions effective immediately. Wanda Hall is vice president of operations and director of compliance and quality assurance; Nadia Keyes is vice president of customer care. Tony Hollin, chairman & CEO, announced the promotions at Edfinancial’s holiday party.
“Wanda is an industry expert with a meticulous eye for detail,” said Hollin. “She is always one step ahead in navigating the legislative mine-field of financial aid.”
Hall is responsible for monitoring program relations and policies, quality assurance, program reviews, audits, system administration, and the conversion of new loan portfolios to Edfinancial’s servicing system. She is active with the National Council of Higher Education Loan Programs (NCHELP), and has served as co-chair of the Program Regulations committee and as chair and vice-chair of the Membership, Education and Training committee. She was a member of the 2002 Negotiated Rulemaking Team for negotiating new federal regulations. Hall has nearly 30 years of industry experience.
Keyes supervises Edfinancial’s call center and collections department. She has 25 years of experience in financial aid, having worked for Citibank and the Georgia Higher Education Assistance Corporation prior to joining Edfinancial Services in 2004. Keyes has been an active member of GASFAA, the Georgia Association of Financial Aid Administrators, having served as vice-president and chaired numerous committees.

Edfinancial Services is currently expanding its Knoxville headquarters in Windsor Square to accommodate over 350 employees, with satellite servicing centers in Little Rock, AR and Jacksonville, FL.
