Nadia Keyes Joins Edfinancial Services

Knoxville, TN – National student loan servicer, Edfinancial Services, welcomes Nadia Keyes as director of customer care, reporting directly to John Farinella, executive vice president and chief operating officer. Formerly senior operations manager of Citicards for Citibank in Jacksonville, FL, Keyes oversaw bankcard collection operations, managing 300 call center employees. Prior to that, Keyes was with the Georgia Higher Education Assistance Corporation (GHEAC). She will supervise Edfinancial’s call center and collections department.

“Because of her evolution from student loan debt to credit card debt, Nadia has a unique skill set that makes her extremely valuable,” says Farinella. “Her perspective will enhance our marketing and servicing capabilities, particularly with regard to private loans.”

Keyes was responsible for quality management, dialer operations, MIS and internal auditing for Citibank, where she was also involved in national corporate committees including strategic process and work environment improvements. She also transitioned Citibank’s student loan operation from New York to South Dakota.

As assistant director of GHEAC’s guaranteed loans division, Keyes supervised program administration, default prevention, lender and school compliance and training. She is an active member of GASFAA, having served as vice president and chaired numerous committees.
