Edlive

Edlive is our web-enabled call center for students, allowing personalized service in an interactive, digital environment.  Students can query in real time using our secure, text-based instant messaging service.  Trained client relations specialists handle Edlive sessions as part of their normal call queue, so whether borrowers prefer to chat with a counselor over the phone or the web, they will experience a prompt response.
