Tuition Reimbursement


Edfinancial Services offers financial assistance for continuing education relevant to your professional development. We provide 100% reimbursement for the cost of tuition, required textbooks, supplies, and graduation fees upon your satisfactory completion of a course or upon receipt of your diploma. Reimbursement will equal the lesser of your actual cost or the amount of such costs for the same or equivalent coursework at an accredited Tennessee public education institution having the highest cost for such items.

Full-time employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement after one year of employment with Edfinancial Services. You must be on Edfinancial’s payroll during the full period of the course in order to receive financial assistance. Part-time employees are not eligible for this benefit.
 

All courses of study must be approved by management.
