Be Sure to Use the Correct Payment Address


To avoid significant delays, it is very important to mail your student loan payments to the correct address.

Payments Sent to a Previous Servicer

If you incorrectly send your payment to your prior servicer, your prior servicer will have to redirect your payment to Edfinancial's payment address. A redirected payment will NOT post to your account until the payment is received by Edfinancial Services, which may take several weeks. Once received, the payment will post with the effective date that the funds were received by the previous servicing center, but your account may show as past due in the meantime.

Payment Address

Your payment mailing address may be different, depending on your loan program. Please check your billing statement, log into your online account, or contact us to get the correct payment mailing address for your loans. If you make your student loan payments via a bill pay service, please ensure your service is updated with the correct payment address.

Easy Online Payment

You may also make your payments online via Manage My Account or via KwikPay, Edfinancial's automatic-debit payment plan. You may be eligible for an interest rate reduction for repaying your loan(s) via KwikPay!
