Need help logging in?

If you've never been to the Manage My Account borrower portal before, you must register as a new user, even if you had an online account with your previous servicer. You will need to create an account if you:

  • have never logged into your student loan account(s) online.
  • have an account(s) that recently transferred from the Direct Loan Servicing Center to Edfinancial Services.
  • have an account(s) that recently transferred to our new student loan servicing system, and you are attempting to log into the new Manage My Account portal for the first time.
