Payments are Resuming Soon

Student loan interest has resumed effective September 1, 2023, and payments will be due starting in October. You will receive your billing statement at least 21 days before your payment is due.

Actions you can take to prepare:

1. Edfinancial Services moved to a new servicing platform earlier this year. If you have not done so already, create a new online account at Edfinancial.com/MyAccount.
2. Explore affordable repayment plans, including the new Saving on a Valuable Education (SAVE) Plan (formerly the REPAYE plan). You can apply right from your online account, and income documentation is currently not required!
3. Sign up for automatic payments and save 0.25% on your interest rate!

Student loan borrowers can get lower payments from the new SAVE Plan. If you sign up for the REPAYE Plan now, you will automatically be enrolled in the SAVE Plan before payments resume.
