You now have a new feature in Manage My Account (MMA) that will help speed up documentation processing times and keep your personal information more secure.
To use this new feature, visit Manage My Account and select “Upload Documents” under the “Message Center” section on the bottom left-hand side.
Once you have navigated to the “Upload Documents” portal, you will simply browse for your file using the Browse button and select “Upload File” when you are ready to submit your documentation.
There are a few file specifications to note before uploading your file:
- Files must be less than 20 MB in size, and
- You may use only the following file types:
You will also see there is a log entitled “Previously Submitted Correspondence” which lists all the files you have uploaded for reference.
